How To Get Your Monthly Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Billing Statement

Notice From Pag-IBIG

My Housing Loan application from Pag-IBIG has been approved on October 2018. This was stated in my NOTICE OF APPROVAL from Pag-IBIG which was delivered to me by my housing developer since they’re the one who applied it for me. Once approved, the loan applicant will be entitled with unique Housing Account number which bears the details pertaining to his/her housing loan account such:

  • House Address
  • Loan takeout Value
  • Processing Fee
  • Appraisal Fee
  • MRI/SRI
  • Retention Fee
  • Interest Rate
  • Repricing Period
  • Duration of Payment
  • Transfer Certificate of Title No.

4 (Four) months later, my NOTICE OF INSTALLMENT/AMORTIZATION from Pag-IBIG has followed. This notice provides the breakdown of your monthly amortization which includes the MRI/SRI Insurance, Fire Insurance and Principal plus Interest. It also states the specific date for the start of your payment of your amortization.

In relation to this amortization, Pag-IBIG will send the Housing Loan Monthly billing statement of the member through his/her email before due date. In case you are not receiving one, you can visit the online services of Pag-IBIG to register your Email address for their mailing. You can also view and print there your latest billing statement and verify the payments you have made. To do the Email registration, just follow the procedure below:

How To Get Your Monthly Billing Statement

Step 1

First, go to Online Housing Loan Verification site of Pag-IBIG. Once on the site, type out to input your Housing Loan Account Number, Last Name and First Name on each respective input control boxes below. Then for security purposes, input the code from the image to the box below it. Then click the Proceed button.

Step 2

After logging in, you will be directed to your home page where you can view your Account Summary, Billing Statement Email Facility and Other Online Services. Click the Billing Statement Email Facility tab.

Step 3

Under Billing Statement Email Facility tab, tick the check box for Check here to update Email Address for monthly billing statement then enter your e-mail address to 2 input boxes that will appear as shown below. Then click the Update Email Address button.

Then Voila! You have just finished registering your E-mail address to receive your monthly billing statement. You will then receive an E-mail for the confirmation of this transaction.

How To Print/View Your Monthly Billing Statement Online

In case your are not receiving email for your billing statement, you can still view it online by clicking Online Services tab on the same site stated above. Just click the Print or View button and your billing statement will be displayed in a separate window.

You can also view your last 12 payment history on the same tab using the View button under Payment History tab.

Final Thought

After I did this on March 27, 2019, I did not received any billing statement for the next month unfortunately. Even if I tried to view my billing statement under online services, it only prompts that my billing statement is not yet available this time (probably because my account is just newly created on their side). So I reached the Pag-IBIG Fund Member Care on May 8, 2019 thru email. They responded promptly and solicited for my information for security purposes. After sending my details, they forwarded my concern to the nearest Pag-IBIG Housing Hub location. Then it was May 14 when I received an E-mail from them stating that they have completely updated my billing E-mail address and attached my latest billing statement.

Reminders for Pag-IBIG members: Pag-IBIG fund does not relieve you from paying your monthly amortization if ever you did not receive your monthly billing statement. In cases you don’t have the the billing statement, you can still pay it thru any Pag-IBIG accredited bank partners or authorized collection partners. Just provide your Pag-IBIG Housing Account Number and the exact amount of your amortization.

  1. Hi. Your Housing Loan Account number can be seen in your NOA (Notice of Apporval) once your housing loan is approved. This should be given to you either by Pag-Ibig or your house developer whichever you directly applied your loan.

  11. Hi There! Sorry to here that, however I'am not affiliated to any Pag-Ibig online services. This is just my personal blog about how I update my E-mail to receive my monthly billing statement. Regarding your issue, I have also encountered similar instance wherein Pag-ibig has failed to update my payments so in my next bill, it says I incurred penalty plus another 1 month bill. It was frustrating to see that so I emailed Pag-Ibig about this. After a few weeks, they sent me the corrected statement. I was just recent and perhaps this could be due to Covid-19 pandemic in which they have also difficulty in maintaining their system. So don't worry if you've got your receipts. Perhaps their system and schedule was also affected by Covid-19 pandemic in which they encountered difficulty in maintaining their system. But in regards to this failure in sending us the billing statement, it seems everyone else encountered this issue due to ongoing pandemic situation. They also failed to send me one during this period. However, it is our responsibility as Pag-IBIG members to pay our monthlies with or without these billing statements as we can pay it to any Pag-IBIG payment facility partners without this billing statement. Just provide your housing loan account number and of course you payment. Thank you!

But you cannot always wait for this billing statement to arrive before you can do the payment. If you want you can pay it to any Pag-IBIG payment facility partner like SM bayad center without presenting the billing statement.     1. Hi there! Each billing statement has different payment reference number and ATM reference number so I would suggest not to use your old statement to pay your latest statement. Instead just present your Housing account number in paying to any Pag-IBIG payment facility partner and don’t mind presenting your old billing statement. Thank you!

Last billing ko is April pa.. sa Online services, nagdownload ako ng statement, April pa nakalagay at hindi updated.

  28. May update na ako nareceive from pag-ibig kaso may penalty ako.. ito talaga para-paraan lang kung paano guguyuin mga member ng pag-ibig.. okay lang sana kung ako lang kaso madami hindi napadalhan ng pag-ibig billing.. hahahahah

    1. Hi there! I suppose that the penalty is just small for 1 month late. Anyway, as far as I can recall, Pag-IBIG stated that it is our responsibility as members to pay our monthly dues to our housing loan with or without the billing statement since the due amount are just the same throughout the repricing period. So basically, their payment partner facilities can accept payments without your billing statement. Just provide your Housing Loan account number and the amount to pay if you don’t have the updated billing statement. Furthermore, I would not say that these penalties are their way to take advantage or gain from their members. Actually they had offered grace period and moratorium during these pandemic period to help those members who are greatly affected by the pandemic financially.

Helow poh gud pm poh ask lang poh kz nag bayad na ako ng bill ko 3 months from june to aug then nag email ang pqg ibig sakin na mag babayad ako ng 18k until sept eh bayad na poh ako nung 17th August 2020 pa ano poh ba dapat gawin at san pa pede ma contact ang pag ibig para malaman nilang bayad na ako marami pong salamat

They might have just encountered technical difficulties in their system to update your payments during this pandemic. However to make sure, you can contact them via these emails (BillingAndCollection@pagibigfund.gov.ph, contactus@pagibigfund.gov.ph) and just attach you receipt of payments.

  30. Hi tope! Just want to thank you for this valuable information that you put up. It helped me clear up some of my concerns. By the way, did you also get penalties during this pandemic? I think I got these penalties because I was waiting for the bills but did not arrive. When it arrived they billed me for the 3 months that I was not able to pay plus the penalties. Tingin ko, hindi dapat ganun kasi di ko naman kasalanan na hindi sila nagbigay ng bills. But, on the other hand, I also realized that I could have paid even without the billing statement. Sa case mo, nagkaron ka din ba ng penalty or you were religious in paying the amortization even without the billing statement?
