Before we go to the redemption process, let’s take a brief review about Globe Rewards and ShopeePay Wallet.

How To Convert Globe Reward Points Into ShopeePay Credits
Step 1
First, open your GlobeOne mobile app in phone and login to your Account:

In the home page screen, click the “Reward points” tab:

On the search pane of the following screen, type in the word “ShopeePay” to search all redeemable rewards associated with it.

After typing in the word “ShoppeePay”, all redeemable rewards in that category that will satisfy your current reward balance points will appear. Since I have 125.69 reward points, “P100 ShopeePay Wallet Top-Up” appeared on results which requires a total of 105 PTS. Click on this result to redeem it.
Step 5
Then after verifying the number to which this reward will be sent to for redemption, click the “Redeem” button.
Step 6
After clicking the “Redeem” button, you have now redeemed the reward. You may check the voucher in your pocket by clicking the “View Pocket” button or simply click the “Done” button.
Step 7
Consequently, the owner of the number to whom you redeemed the reward (which is you) will receive an SMS from 4438 regarding the redemption transaction including the link to where you will be able to completely redeem the reward. Just click on the link.
Step 8
On the site where you have been directed to, tick the box “I’m not a robot” to verify that you are a person then click the “Proceed” button.
Step 9
On the eGift Details Page, click the “USE” button on the right side. Then once the window drops down, click the “Go to redemption form” link.
Step 10
On the registration form under “REGISTERED SHOPEEPAY MOBILE NUMBER“, enter the phone number of the ShopeePay account to which this voucher will be redeemed to. Then under the “CONTACT EMAIl ADDRESS“, just input the e-mail add of the same recipient. Then click the box next to it to confirm that all details are correct followed by “Redeem” button.

On the next screen, confirm again your details and if everything else is correct, then click the “Proceed” button.

And Voila! You have now successfully redeemed your ShopeePay Wallet Credit worth of P100.00 to your ShopeePay account.
